Our school's English Debating Team has won a debate competition on 15^th November by a vote of 3:0. The motion was "Education was better than penalty in combating drug abuse. " We were on the negative side. Vincent Chung Wen Xuan of S.4C was awarded the Best Debater in this debate. The other team members were Yuen Wai Yin S.4B (Captain) and Fong Shi Lai S.6C. We have successfully entered into the 2^nd Preliminary of the competition, which will be held on 17^th January 2009
